Return & Refund Policy
We accept requests for return consideration within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted outside this period may not be eligible for review.
To qualify for assessment, items should remain in substantially original condition, including original packaging, components, and accompanying proof of purchase. Products displaying indications of handling, use, alteration, assembly, wear, or external damage may not qualify for further processing.
Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance, approval, or entitlement to a refund, replacement, exchange, credit, or other remedy. All matters relating to returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and post-purchase adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to internal verification procedures, product evaluation standards, operational limitations, and final authorization by Celeste Interior.
In certain circumstances, requests may be declined notwithstanding compliance with general eligibility conditions where, in the sole determination of Celeste Interior, the request does not satisfy applicable review requirements, internal policy considerations, inventory conditions, transaction verification standards, risk assessment measures, or other commercial criteria permitted under applicable law.
Return authorization, shipping instructions, or correspondence regarding an order shall not be interpreted as confirmation of refund approval or acceptance of liability.
Certain items, including but not limited to sale items, personalized products, custom orders, gift cards, perishable goods, and specified personal-use products, may be deemed non-returnable or final sale.
Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon receipt. Any concerns relating to damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Failure to do so may affect review eligibility.
Where applicable, approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees, handling costs, duties, taxes, processing fees, and related charges may be excluded from reimbursement.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
